We are learning about Forces in Room 11.
We starting by using a paper aeroplane to think about forces then we read a lot about the different types of forces there are. Lastly, we wrote about what we have learned.
I learned a lot about how friction works. I didn't know anything about forces being balanced before either, now I know that if forces are balanced than there is no motion.
This video helped me learn about balance.

Hi Room 11. Thanks for sharing your learning about force such as motion, balance and friction. Have you seen a set of scales that balance when you put the same weight on each side and do you know how early humans used friction to create fire? Scientific concepts such as these really interest me because they are all around us yet we cannot see them.
