We are a Year 5/6 class in Papakura, South Auckland, New Zealand.
This is our third year of digital immersion and so we are doing lots of learning on our chrome books.

Hi this is me stella, I think that P.E should be compulsory because we might be to lazy at home to practice. Now that's just one reason why I think we should have to do P.E. I think that our stamina and determination will be increased,We keep fit and healthy, and personally it helps me relax better,removes stress from my life and gives me more energy.
Yes i think we should have P.E at school because people might get to lazy and won't be able to do stuff that other people do. I think we should because if people want to become fit, they can't become fit by sitting down and do nothing so that's why we do P.E so people have a lot of energy to do stuff.
I think we should do p.e because it's good for our health and also keeps you fit. Did you know that if we didn't have p.e we would be sitting and apparently on one of the text itb says its bad for our heakth kind regards Jahnera
we think we should have P.E at school so you can have fun and so you can learn more P.E games.I also think we should do fitness at school because it help us keep fit and it helps keep your metabolism high.
I think P.E should be held in school twice a week because when kids grow up if they want to be fit they are used to be running and doing all the hard work. And the kids will enjoy the fun,also build up the teamwork and build more friendship with the people they don't like and become good friends when the're older. They can also build up muscle to lift up heavy stuff
I think we should have P.E so we can get more energy in our body to make our body feel more like it doing something because if we don't do exercise then our body drops to be lazy for a whole day that's why we get play time so our body doesn't drop so it does nothing but if we do exercise we can get fit or fitter to get muscle and get strong like older men than us.
yes i think we should do PE so that your muscles get fitter and you lose weight but at the same time we need to sit down so that we can be less tried another reason is so that your not fat because you might get bulled for being fat.

Kia Ora sally, I think we should do P.E weekly because it keeps us fit and moving. I also thing we should stand more during class time because sitting down reduces the blood going to our brain because our heartbeat slows down which also means less oxygen and blood is getting pumped through your body. when your brain doesn't get as much blood and oxygen its harder for you to concentrate and your learning slows down. Sitting down can also cause pain or even injuries in your neck,shoulders and back because when they are hunched/crunched up it can restrict your blood flow.
i think that it's good to do sport's because if you don't do sport you will be lasy and don't know what to do with you life and you will not no able to do any thing that you want to do.and if you want to do sport's then you will have a good life and a good job and a good mum and dad will be so happy for you
Hello Sally, I think students shouldn't have to do P.E because children get tired and after P.E students the are very loud when they have to go back to class.

I think we should run and keep fit because after you eat it will develop into a lot of fat which will not be good.But if you run and keep fit you will burn that fat which is nice.Plus here's another reason why we should do p.e.It will keep you fit and you will be a good role model to the kids and that will let them understand why p.e is a great thing to do in life so that when they're older that they can do the same then i hope it will carry on.
my reason when you play like ruby or dose-ball you get tried when you play and your face will get red and that and means when you drink water sometings you get high dated a little bit.
