We are a Year 5/6 class in Papakura, South Auckland, New Zealand.
This is our third year of digital immersion and so we are doing lots of learning on our chrome books.

I think we should not be culling sharks because New shark research shows that the NZ shark population is lower than expected and they are actually more scared of us than we are of them.
مرحبا everyone! It's me Stella. I think that we should not be culling sharks. Why? because in the text it says 'New shark research shows the great white shark population of New Zealand is lower than expected.' But why is that? because we humans are punishing the sharks with death. I mean hello people we aren't in the medieval times. We should be finding a way to give the sharks their freedom but at the same time protecting OUR species. The sharks a blind they can't just learn their lesson like a good boy who's just come out of timeout. WE NEED TO HELP THEM!
I think we should not kill shark because they have to have a life and to be exist for the people that love sharks like i do they might be dangerous but they are just big fish with sharp teeth.
i think all of the sharks should be culled because they are effecting too much of human kind. Also been putting too much humans in to ICU and killing humans. Surfers should have bait to drop to the sharks.
